AZMOL BP participated in the national exhibition of agricultural technologies “Agroprom 2020”
March 3, 2020 10:10 amOn February 26-28, the nineteenth national exhibition of agro-technologies - "Agroprom" was held in Dnipro, where AZMOL BP presented its stand with lubricants, auto-chemistry and auto-cosmetics of its own production. In addition, many seminars and lectures were held on the most topical issues in the modern agrarian field.
The largest regional exhibition of southeastern Ukraine takes place in the Dnipro. Azmol has introduced its products together with more than 200 companies from all over Ukraine working in the field of agrochemicals, bioenergy, development of modern energy-saving technologies, transport and logistics and many others. The Azmol's stand was really popular among visitors, as modern agribusiness requires lubricants and Azmol, in turn, produces premium quality products, with significant economic benefits, as the price of the AZMOL BP trade line is much lower than its import counterparts.
At this exhibition the company got acquainted with new partners who are ready to partially or completely abandon the previously purchased lubricants and prefer AZMOL BP. In addition, the location of the plant on the territory of Ukraine allows to reduce logistics costs, which affects the formation of the final cost of production.
More than 200 exhibition stands were presented at Agroprom 2020, which saw more than 4000 guests. Undoubtedly, this is a grand event in the agro-sphere, which will allow us not only to speak out loud but also to participate in the discussion of important and exciting issues. The participants attended many seminars related to management, innovations in agricultural machinery and improvement of technologies of cultivation of agricultural crops.

February 24, 2020 5:52 pmOn February 19, the conference "AZMOL 2020: Leadership Concepts in Every Segment" was held in Kyiv, which highlighted the company's successes in 2019, strategic development plans for 2020. The conference participants and speakers paid much attention to the general state of affairs in the modern lubricants market. During the event, an updated design of Azmol British Petrochemicals' motor oil packaging was presented, as well as intensive training for trade teams.
AZMOL BP investor and CTO Terry Dicken opened the conference. In his speech, he elaborated on the successes of the company in 2019, and also described plans for the future.
“Over the past three years, myself and our entire AZMOL BP team have made great efforts to speak today about the international recognition of the high quality of all products and the professionalism of each Azmol employee. The company has undergone tremendous changes - we have completely modernized production lines, we have introduced the latest British technologies, we are working with the best European and world base oils and additives.
First of all, we strive for time. In today's world, there are intense changes that are hard to keep up with, but we manage. AZMOL BP values its reputation, so the main vector of development is the quality of the product. At the same time, we regularly update our equipment and expand our delivery geography. The leading designer of the enterprise Anton Nikolaev told in detail about why such a style of rebranding was chosen. The listeners learned about the current world trends in the design of motor oil packaging and packaging materials for them.

AZMOL BP – took part in AgroTechService
February 14, 2020 9:32 amFrom February 11 to 13, the 19th AgroTechService 2020 exhibition was held in Zaporizhzhya. During the exhibition AZMOL BP team presented the lubricants, car cosmetics and car chemistry of their own production. Indeed, on the threshold of carrying out a complex of spring field work, farmers need to familiarize themselves with market trends and sector innovations. And all the products of AZMOL BP, on the one hand, fully comply with international standards, on the other hand, it has significant economic benefits due to a significant reduction in logistics costs.
On a vast area - 5,000 square meters - leading manufacturers of agricultural machinery, suppliers of components, fertilizers presented their products. “AgroTechService-2020” gathered participants from 20 regions of Ukraine and guests from 11 countries. During the exhibition, AZMOL BP presented its products with 115 participants. The exhibition stand of the company was a great success, because the company's products are a great chance for agribusiness owners to get premium quality lubricants at a much lower cost than foreign competitors.
Such a combination of price and quality, favorable to customers, appeared due to the location of the enterprise in Ukraine, due to which logistics costs were significantly reduced. GKN Driveline International GmbH and AZMOL BP: first steps of cooperation
January 30, 2020 6:19 pmThe world-famous concern GKN Driveline International GmbH, which manufactures hinges and develops automotive technologies, turned to AZMOL BP with a proposal for cooperation. In January, a meeting was held at which representatives of both companies discussed the details of further joint work.
Today GKN Service International GmbH is the largest concern in this segment - about 50% of automobile half-shafts and constant-velocity joints (CV joints) are produced by this company. It consists of 40 enterprises dispersed in 30 countries, the company provides jobs for more than 50 thousand people.
GKN Driveline International GmbH is one of the world leaders in the development of automotive technology and transmission systems. GKN Driveline has powerful research centers located in France, Germany, Japan, the UK and the USA, the purpose of which is to develop new technologies and improve existing ones. This is what allows the company to confidently lead in the production of automotive drive systems.
Over the entire period of its activity, the concern has been awarded numerous prizes and certificates from leading world research centers and production syndicates, for example, the Supplier Award from the General Motors concern and the Supplier Award from the VAG concern. GKN Driveline delivers on conveyors Audi, Volkswagen, BMW, Nissan, Toyota, Mitsubishi and many others.
Not so long ago, a leading specialist of the GKN Driveline International GmbH concern contacted Terry Dicken, Technical Director of AZMOL BP, with a proposal for the production of lubricants for CV joints. The GKN Driveline production is of high quality and provides silent transmission of rotational motion. In addition, their CV joints do not need to be balanced before installation. The grease used in articulated joints is lifelong and does not need to be replaced. That is why it is important that it be of the highest quality.
This was the first official meeting after GKN applied for cooperation. Two presentations were held at it: about the company from representatives of AZMOL BP and about the concern from representatives of GKN. Then, the employees of the German company showed how the tests of lubricants are carried out, how huge runs are simulated, various climatic conditions, bench tests are carried out in a research center.
During the meeting, further cooperation was also discussed. The next step to signing the contract will be an audit of AZMOL BP and the company's facilities in Ukraine.
Kharkiv Tractor Plant now uses AZMOL BP coolant in its work
January 17, 2020 9:18 amAzmol Delta Cuttana SM coolant has successfully passed production tests at Kharkiv Tractor Plant.
Azmol British Petrochemicals leading manufacturer of cutting fluids, once again confirmed the quality of its products during a 3-month extended production test at Kharkiv Tractor Plant.
In the second half of 2019, the coolant "Azmol Delta Cuttana SM" was tested on grinding and turning CNC machines. Additional tests were also carried out during which the coolant was in operation without replacement. The trial period resulted in the full recognition by the Kharkiv Tractor Plant of the high coolant performance of the Azmol company.
In addition, the test result showed that the "Azmol Delta Cuttana SM" provides corrosion resistance of parts. No lesions were observed either on steel or cast iron. The liquid does not adversely affect the details of the mechanisms, the cutting tool and the intensity of the machines.
The concentrate is completely soluble in cold water, which is necessary in the production environment, and does not separate. This indicates a stable formula for coolant.
Most importantly, the solution is safe to use and does not cause irritation to the skin and respiratory system.
During the tests, all the declared characteristics of the "Azmol Delta Cuttana SM" were confirmed. The European level of product quality guarantees the safety of the equipment and the increase in its life. Traditionally, another large industrial enterprise in Ukraine - Kharkiv Tractor Plant, after actually confirming the high quality of the Azmol brand, will now use Azmol Delta Cuttana SM coolant in its work.
Azmol Cuttana SM and Azmol Cuttana S are the main cooling liquids at “MALYSHEV PLANT”
January 15, 2020 11:10 amSE "MALYSHEV PLANT" based in Kharkiv , one of the largest enterprises in the UKROBORONPROM complex, gave preference to Azmol Cuttana SM and Azmol Cuttana S lubricants and cooling liquids for use in the manufacturing sector.
Within two months, production tests were carried out, during which lubricants and coolants Azmol Cuttana SM and Azmol Cuttana S competed with another product of the ukrainian manufacturer.
Test results have shown that Azmol British Petrochemicals products meet state standards. The emulsion completely protects the metal parts of the equipment from corrosion even at a minimum of 3% concentration. In this case, the competing product revealed corrosion impurities.
The coolant was used on lathes and circular grinders. While working on the equipment, no metal shavings sticking and no other contamination occurred.
Production staff noted that the Azmol British Petrochemicals coolant does not cause skin irritation and is odorless. This indicates a high level of safety in use. At the same time, the staff had previously had inconvenience in working with the previous lubricant.
The Azmol Cuttana SM and Azmol Cuttana S cooling liquids have also demonstrated a stable formula: they dissolve well in cold water, do not stratify and do not form a precipitate.
As a result, the Azmol British Petrochemicals coolant bypassed its competitor and proved to be better than the product used at the factory before. They were selected as the main lubricants for production.

2019 RESULTS: AZMOL-BP management run year meeting
December 27, 2019 5:53 pm20th of December 2019 in Berdyansk there were final meeting of management of all the structure subdivisions of AZMOL company. During the meeting all the results of 2019 was discussed, as well as aim and tasks for 2020. During the meeting technical director of company Mr. Terry Dicken announced new direction in work of company, but did not disclosed details, stated only that AZMOL-BP is preparing something special for his customers.
During the final meeting the employees of Azmol conclude the manufacturing results, analyzed main working directions of company in general. By complete program of development the principles of system management are being implemented in the company. During 2019 many different tasks were realized and that bring new business partners, manufacturing and sales volumes growth. Therefore, general prosperity of company increased and that is the basis for better dynamics in 2020.

Presently construction of new unique for Ukraine laboratory is almost finished. The most modern equipment, which does not have any analogues in Ukraine, will be installed in updated quality control department. Opening of refreshed laboratory is expected in first half of 2020:
“Today an atomic spectrograph is working in our laboratory. An unique equipment in Ukraine with no analogues in territory of our country. Cooperation with British partners bring modernization of all the laboratory equipment. Soon in our up-dated lab we are going to run independent appraisals for third companies”, - head of laboratory of Azmol Vita Tanasevich said.
In 2019 Azmol British Petrochemicals join to leaders of manufacturing of lubricants and became a member of NLGI. NLGI is international association for quality control of oils and greases, founded in 1933. National Lubricating Grease Institute accept only leading manufacturers who produce products which successfully pass all the hard tests and proof the conformance to international quality standards. Association of leaders of the markets consolidate experience of world leaders of production of lubricants, develop new technologies of production and by running of numerous researches, approve new quality standards.
As noted by Terry Dicken, technical director of Azmol British Petrochemicals, the entry into NLGI – is primarily the merit of the technologists, production and laboratory staff who are responsible for each stage of the creation of lubricants and guarantee the quality of the final product.

The practice of continuous training of AZMOL employees has shown that through training, the professional qualities of the team improve and overall work efficiency increases.
"Everyone knows that modern challenges require modern solutions. Therefore, Azmol keeps up with the times, never losing the opportunity to develop. Training allows each employee to remain in any situation professionals representing Azmol’s interests," said AZMOL BP product manager Zhanna Lozhkina.
Annually leading specialists of Ukraine and international trainers conduct training for AZMOL employees. The topics are very diverse: time management, the ability to present the results of their work, attract new partners to cooperate, maintain professional relations with existing partners, and, of course, training aimed at improving the technical literacy of the entire AZMOL team.
“Knowledge, a modern approach, the ability to correctly interpret the experience gained - all this must be constantly improved,” says Ilya Kataev, technical consultant and mechanic at AZMOL.

During the week-long training (from Friday to Friday), the AZMOL team studied, passed exams and consolidated the knowledge gained in practice.

The guests were given a tour during which they get acquainted with Azmol British Petrochemicals Company, its manufacturing and product range.
The interest of international partners in the Azmol company is determined by the successful entry of the enterprise to the international level. The effectiveness of Azmol was evaluated in more than ten countries, and the conformity of product quality to international standards has been proven by dozens of expert evaluations.
During the tour, guests were acquainted with the rich history of Azmol and industrial sites were shown. Guests also saw the Azmol Alley of Renaissance, Development and Friendship, on which, according to tradition, the new partners of Azmol British Petrochemicals plant trees as a symbol of fruitful cooperation.
In order to personally verify the quality of packaging, international representatives were invited to familiarize themselves with the facilities of the enterprise, the production process, including the filling and packaging workshops. The highlight of the meeting was a visit to the "heart" of the Azmol plant - the laboratory. It is there the quality control of oil passes at all stages of production. Thanks to the latest equipment and continuous research, Azmol British Petrochemicals is a leader in oil quality.
“Today, an atomic spectrograph is operating in our laboratory. The thing is unique for Ukraine, there are no analogs in our country with such equipment” shared Vladimir Pivovarov, the Chief Technologist at Azmol BP.
This novelty was purchased as part of the modernization of the laboratory of the enterprise. The device helps correctly build the oil production system, because in a matter of seconds it calculates 73 chemical elements and helps the laboratory control the quality of the product as accurately as possible.
“What I saw in the factory exceeded my expectations. I realized that this is a company with traditions. We will be happy to bring the Azmol flag to the East, if such an opportunity is given” said one of the representatives of the delegation.
